This instant miso soup set includes 5 Japanese-style soups with different vegetables and miso bases, including eggplant, Japanese tofu, nameko mushrooms, tofu, and red miso with Japanese honewort and vegetables. The soups use a freeze-drying process to help preserve aroma, texture, and natural taste of ingredients. It contains 25% less salt compared to regular Amano miso soup.

Instructions
Place the freeze-dried miso soup into a cup, add boiling water, and stir until fully dissolved. The dried vegetables will float to the surface and expand as they rehydrate.
